Composting 101 on yet another beautiful day in Delta BC

It was chilly but the kids insisted we get outside to practise for the burial of "Jacko" in a couple of weeks. We have this tradition of saying a few words to Jacko - the worlds greatest Jacko-Lantern, and he is an integral part of the kids understanding of how composting works and why it so important.
